Protect the box.
Protect the value.
Careful packing helps your supplies arrive in the condition described in your quote. Read every step below before shipping.
Complete your quote.
Select the exact products, quantities, condition, and expiration dates. Review the current eligibility requirements before shipping.
Inspect every sealed box.
Check the factory seal, expiration date, and box condition. Only send accepted products. Contact us first about anything unlisted or expired.
Leave pharmacy labels in place.
Removing labels can tear or damage packaging and reduce its value. Leave them attached for our team to handle.
Cushion and double box.
Put your supplies in a secure inner box, then a sturdy outer box. Add protective cushioning on the top, bottom, and sides so nothing shifts during transit. Include your identifying or quote information inside.
Seal and attach the label.
Tape all seams securely. Attach the provided shipping label clearly to the outer box. Use it once and follow the label’s instructions and validity period.
Keep your shipping record.
Drop the parcel off with the carrier. Keep the receipt and tracking number, and send any confirmation photos requested for your chosen payment method. Payment eligibility and processing conditions apply.
Always review your order’s packing and payment requirements. Contact United if you are unsure.
